It is extremely important and empowering when you can learn to accept your situation, your child, and/or your mental health status. Once you can do that, you stop being in denial and anger about where you are, thus can start being proactive and find joy again. You can start taking steps to improve your situation and love more. 

I know it can be difficult, but you CAN do it.
